A graduate of biomedical, electronics/electrical engineering course. Experienced in the medical equipment repair and maintenance is a must. Computer literacy is an advantage. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults
• obtaining specialist components
• maintaining statistical and service reports
• creating maintenance procedures
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Requirements:

Min. Diploma qualifications with at least 5 years of working experience
Good Interpersonal & communication skills
Possess independent skills and comfortable to communicate with professionals like medical doctors and neuro-scientists
Must be flexible to work after office hours and weekends

Responsibilities:

Process of order secured by Sales and Service Department
Logistic (Importation/Exportation) arrangement & Documentation
Liaising with Client/Vendor on Sales/Procurement Process & Documentation
Generating of sales related report and other marketing support functions
Opportunities to head out to meet clients and perform small item deliveries
Assist in exhibitions and workshops
Carry out other adhoc duties as required

Requirement:

Min. Secondary school qualifications
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office application
